for 1st Time Buyers
You may have heard about the First
Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit signed into law by President
Bush. Logged under the Housing & Economic Recovery Act of
2008, Congress’ intent is to provide as large a financial
resource as possible for first time home buyers in the year
that they purchase a home.
The credit is a refundable credit
of up to $7,500, which becomes the equivalent of a no interest loan
from the federal government.
