Inter-City Housing Celebrates 40th
Anniversary
From generation to generation,
since 1968, Inter-City Housing has been revered for its honesty
and fair treatment, providing affordable housing to thousands
of people up and down the West Coast and as far east as
Montana.
Over the past five years,
Inter-City has branched out to Central Oregon from its
headquarters in Western Oregon and has established a second
display center in Bend in addition to its main campus in
Albany. A third Inter-City complex in Klamath Falls opened its
doors for business in the summer of 2007, and still a fourth
store is earmarked to open in Eugene in the fall of 2007.
Inter-City has carried many
different makes of manufactured homes since its inception in
1968, but has always maintained the Golden West brand as its
flagship home. Along with the long-standing Golden West, in the
late-90s, Marlette Homes was introduced into the Inter-City
lineup giving customers a second choice for a quality-built
manufactured home.
In essence, Inter-City is your
factory-outlet for Golden West and Marlette Home and a
long-time member of the Oregon Manufactured Housing Assn.
Inter-City continues to operate its business in a manner that
reflects the highest standards set forth by the OMHA.
With three Inter-City Housing facilities
to serve you, and a fourth operation coming this fall, our
model neighborhoods are open seven days a week. Pictured is the

budget. Our consultants work diligently with the factories to
hone the details of your new home. They also have ties to
reputable contractors in your area who can get your ground
ready and perform necessary site improvements.
If you need to be financed, our
mortgage company, Western Mortgage, can assist you and turn
what may seem like a tedious process into a relatively easy
one, securing the best rate they can find for your housing
venture.
Once your home is complete at the
factory, our service department will go to work and get it on
schedule for delivery. After delivery, the close-up teams will
go to work, getting it in tip-top shape, ready to move-in.
With your new home equipped with a
multitude of factory and product warranties, Inter-City is
always a phone call away once you move in.
Service crews have been on many tricky
deliveries, but always manage to come through with a job
