Step by Step Guide to the
Loan Application Process
This is an overview of how to complete the three crucial phases of your loan aquisition. Please take some time to become acquainted with the process of securing your home loan. Our finnce professionals will gladly meet with you to discuss what finance options are available for your project.
Phase 1: This is information you’ll have to gather and have ready when submitting your application to our finance department.

1) Complete and sign your application for credit.
2) Show your income verification for the last two months. Bring in pay stubs showing Year-to-Date. If your income includes child support, you’ll need a copy of your divorce decree. Social Security income will need a copy of the award letter.
3) Verification of employment.
4) Bank statements: two months showing down payment availability and reserves.
5) Land purchase contract, or recorded warranty deed and property tax statements.

Phase 2: This is information must be available prior to ordering the title search and appraisal
1) Final Purchase Agreement
2) Site Improvement Bids
3) Site Plot Map
Phase 3: This needs to be available prior to closing your loan.
1) Insurance information: Agent’s name, address, phone number.
2) Copy of Building Permit.
