“It was a long project, but
the biggest asset was dealing with our housing consultant.
I’m a researcher and I know about construction. I
personally think that a manufactured homes is a superior house
to a stick-built house. I checked out many manufacturers and
went to their plants and talked to the people. In my home, I
made many modifications and changes and the finished product
met my expectations. It’s a custom-built home.
Inter-City’s service department backed what they said
they were going to do, and I appreciate it. I wouldn’t
